Shalom and a very warm welcome to the Beth Shalom Synagogue website! I consider myself to be very fortunate to be part of the Beth Shalom community. The amount of participation by members of the community, the amount of joy, and the amount of holiness that I see here every week is truly a gift from heaven. The Jewish religion, the Jewish people, Jewish learning, and a Jewish vision of the world are all thriving here at Beth Shalom. I look forward to the opportunity to share our joy, our yiddeshkeit, and our love of Gd with members, potential members, visitors, and folks from Baton Rouge who are interested in dropping by, whether Jewish or not!
